Terms and Conditions for Digital Marketing Services

1. Service Provision

We, Nitashh Marketing Solutions, provide digital marketing services to our clients as outlined in the agreed-upon contract. These services include but are not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, content creation, email marketing, and online advertising.

2. Responsibilities

  • We will diligently carry out the agreed-upon services during the duration specified in the contract.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate and timely information necessary for the fulfillment of services.
  • The client is responsible for providing access credentials to relevant accounts and platforms for the duration of the service. Customers are requested to change passwords for safety reasons. We are NOT responsible for safety of your email or profile accounts or account credentials.

3. Limitation of Liability

  • While we strive to achieve the best results for our clients, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.
  • We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or damages incurred as a result of the client’s use of our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services rendered.

4. Termination of Service

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with a notice period as outlined in the contract.
  • Upon termination of services, the client remains responsible for any outstanding payments owed for services rendered up to the termination date.

5. Post-Service Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for any issues arising from the client’s use of our services beyond 7 days after the cessation of our service provision.
  • The client is responsible for maintaining their credentials and account access after the termination of our services.
  • Client is responsible for completing if any handover or data request from us within 7 days of end of service. We are NOT responsible for any domain expiry, hosting expiry, website backup, social media profile ownership or access.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service agreement.

7. Governing Law

  • This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune, Maharashatra, India.

By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any deviations from these terms must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
