Plagiarism & AI Policy

• Plagiarism is not allowed. You should not copy someone else’s work or ideas and present them as your own.
• AI tools usage allowed within defined limits with disclosure if AI is used or NOT.
• Ethical AI use allowed.
• Cloning of visuals, voices of celebrities, personalities of significance is strictly NOT allowed.
• AI-generated content does not replace the creator’s responsibility for factual accuracy and compliance. 
• Use of AI tools (including for scripting, editing, voice, visuals, or enhancement) is permitted only within defined limits communicated by the company.
• Creators must clearly disclose AI usage at the time of submission whenever AI tools are used in any part of content creation.
• If no AI tools are used, no disclosure is required.
• The creator remains fully responsible for ensuring that all AI-assisted content is:
  • medically accurate
  • legally compliant
  • non-misleading
• Use of AI to generate fake identities, celebrity voices, or impersonation of real individuals is strictly prohibited.

Content Ownership & Rights

• Nitashh Marketing solution will retain exclusive worldwide perpetual license for paid content.
• Upon approval and payment, the final edited content / video shall be owned by Nitashh Marketing Solutions.
• The company shall have the exclusive right to use, distribute, modify, publish, and monetize the content across platforms globally.
• The creator retains the right to use the content only for personal portfolio display, and only in a non-commercial manner, unless otherwise approved in writing. ONLY Private display allowed.
• Creators may not resell, license, or monetize the same content independently.
• Content with watermark or brand logos is not allowed unless specifically required for given assignment.
• Content ownership and copyrights shall remain with the Nitashh Marketing Solutions, forever.
• Creators can use content in portfolios without publishing on public platforms or using published links from Nitashh ONLY. ONLY Private display allowed.
• Content can not be monetized elsewhere.

Exclusivity

• All final approved and published content created under the MedEarn program shall be exclusive to Nitashh Marketing Solutions forever.
• Creators shall not republish, redistribute, sell, or upload the same final video content on any other platform without prior written approval from the company.
• Creators are allowed to reuse general knowledge, ideas, and concepts in future independent work, provided the content is not a direct reproduction of the original submitted work.
• Content should not be posted or redistributed on any other platform. Duration of exclusivity applies forever. It applies to paid content only.
• Creators reuse ideas or scripts but can not copy it exactly.
• Nitashh retains an exclusive perpetual license to use, distribute, and archive the content.

Confidentiality

• All program terms, shared data, and any other communications or transactions must be kept strictly confidential. Any breach of this confidentiality obligation may result in legal consequences.

Content Requirements

Formats & Technical Specifications

• Video resolution, aspect ratio, duration limits will be guided on case to case basis
• File formats mp4 video, jpg, png image format
• Video resolution Minimum 1080 
• audio clarity = clearly audible
• Speed and duration might be updated / modified depending on quality of video if required
• Video might be edited for technical requirements, quality and compliance requirements

Platform Guidelines

• Platform-specific requirements (YouTube, Instagram, app, etc.) if any will be guided on case to case basis

Content Standards

• Medically accurate
• Scientifically proven
• Evidence-based
• Legally compliant

Strictly Prohibited

• Copyright violations
• Brand misuse or defamation
• Hate speech or rage bait

Workflow Timelines & Rules

• Expected content creation and revisions should be done on a daily basis by the creator for optimal performance.
• Content can be sent for revision or may get rejected based on quality and actual content.
• Feedback and revision will be provided by the internal quality team as and when applicable.
• Resubmission allowed after modification of changes based on feedback. Resubmission does not automatically qualify for approval but the same review process will be followed and may get rejected in spite of revision of the output does not match the quality standards.
• A maximum of 2 revision attempts will be allowed. After 2 attempts this will result in rejection of video.
• If issues are fixable, creators can work on revision.
• If issues require complete rework or violate critical rules then will result in Rejection.

✅ Content Rejection Criteria (Objective Checklist)

These are some of the identified criteria and not a complete / comprehensive list.

A submission will be rejected (not eligible for payment) if it fails any of the following:

🔴 1. Medical Accuracy & Compliance (Critical)

Reject if:

• Contains factually incorrect medical information
• Lacks scientific/evidence-based backing where required
• Presents medical advice instead of educational content
• Missing mandatory disclaimer (where applicable)
• Misrepresents research, data, or outcomes

🔴 2. Plagiarism & Originality

Reject if:

• Content is copied (fully or partially) from any source
• Script, visuals, or structure is clearly derivative without transformation
• AI-generated content is used without disclosure
• Reused or previously submitted content

🔴 3. Copyright & Legal Violations

Reject if:

• Uses copyrighted images, videos, music, or logos without rights
• Includes brand defamation or misuse
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

🔴 4. Content Quality (Minimum Threshold Failure)

Reject if:

• Video resolution is below 1080p
• Audio is unclear, distorted, or inaudible
• Poor lighting/visibility makes content hard to understand
• Video is unwatchable or lacks basic production clarity

🔴 5. Content Completeness & Value

Reject if:

• Contains filler content (silence, blank frames, repetition)
• Large portions have no meaningful information
• Topic is incomplete, misleading, or lacks structure
• Does not meet the assigned topic or brief

🔴 6. Editing & Structure

Reject if:

• No logical flow (random or disorganized content)
• Excessive long static shots without value
• No basic editing in long-duration videos
• Lack of clarity in speech, transitions, or explanation

🔴 7. Policy Violations (Zero Tolerance)

Reject if:

• Contains hate speech, offensive, or harmful content
• Includes misleading claims, exaggeration, or fear-based messaging
• Any rage bait or unethical engagement tactics

🔴 8. Exclusivity Violation

Reject if:

• Content is already published or distributed elsewhere
• Same content submitted to other platforms simultaneously

🔴 9. Submission Integrity Issues

Reject if:

• Incorrect or corrupted file format
• Missing required components (audio/video)
• Does not follow submission guidelines

🟡 Revision (Not Rejection) Cases

Content will be sent for revision instead of rejection if:

• Minor factual gaps that can be corrected
• Audio/video slightly below optimal but usable
• Structural improvements needed (flow, clarity)
• Editing enhancements required
• Missing disclaimers (but content otherwise valid)

Earnings

How much can you earn?

• Starting from ₹5 per minute of final publishable video, subject to approval.
• Rejected content is NOT eligible for any earnings.
• Based on:
  • Duration of approved and final publishable video. Video Duration might be adjusted / edited for quality, compliance etc.
    • If a 3-minute video becomes 2 minutes after editing after submission by the creator then it will count as 2 minutes and will be paid for 2 minutes.

  • “effective duration”: Only count segments with actual content (cuts, speech, action), content which actually got published.

Payouts

How you get paid

• Monthly payment cycle 1st of month to last day of month
• Payout date 10th day of next calendar month. Dates may vary based on uncontrolled situations.
• Paid only for approved content
• Based on cumulative video duration, quality, and performance
• Performance will not be considered after the last day of a given calendar month / computation / payout. Performance after payment will not be considered.
• As per government regulations payment invoice may be required from creator.
• Creators will be treated as freelancers.

Payment Details

• No Minimum payout thresholds
• Payment methods = Payment modes used are preferably bank transfer, UPI.
• Subject to applicable tax laws (TDS, etc.) prevalent at the time of payment. 

Quality Control & Governance

Penalty / Strike System

• For any misinformation, based on severity of misinformation warning or immediate termination from program.
• Policy violations will result in immediate termination from the program.
• Inactive / inconsistent creators will be removed from the program. 

Dispute Resolution

• Process for payment or content-related disputes: Creators can reach out to management for any disputes or clarifications. Issues will be resolved as per policy and guidelines. However the management decision will be final. Any legal proceedings or arbitration will be dealt within limits of Pune jurisdiction.

Termination Policy

• Exit rules for both creator and platform: Candidate can resign with written email communication. Company may terminate association with creator with Immediate effect with written email communication. Any payout if applicable will be dealt as per payment policies.

• Policies and guidelines are subject to get updated in future. 

Support & Resources

• Dedicated support/helpdesk related to technical issues related to video submission, payment related issues. Technical issues related to individuals like internet issues, software issues, computer issues will NOT be addressed.

Content Creation Reports

• Content tracking, Content status, Earnings, Feedback, Performance metrics monitoring will be done by the company for internal processes. This will not be available publicly. 
• Creators are required to keep their own records for reconciliation purposes if needed.
• Creators will not have access to personal reports / content reports.

Compliance & Audience

Medical Compliance

• Maintain clear distinction between educational content vs medical advice. Medical advice is not allowed.
• Mandatory disclaimers should be done where required.
• Any misinformation or non-disclosure can result in rejection of video and will not be considered toward payment.
