About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to assess ROI and optimize future campaigns.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce visually appealing and persuasive digital assets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital marketing with broader company goals and product launches.
Qualifications & Skills
Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications and skill sets:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or tech-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and website analytics.
- Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certification preferred but not mandatory.
