This needs to be notified and planned well in advance before actual training session. This customization request can be fulfilled subject to mutual agreement between the trainer and the association/organization.

The participant has to be a registered member of your organization/association.
Will participants receive certificates of completion or any other documentation after attending the training sessions?
Associations/organizations can provide certificates to participants. We will not be providing any certificate of participation.
Is there technical support available for participants encountering difficulties accessing the online training platform?
For any customized / personalized guidance and support kindly contact our sales department. This support will depend on service availability and specific requirements. This will be charged separately. This is not covered under this particular training.

Can the training content be translated or delivered in languages other than English upon request?
This training can be made available in Marathi or Hindi language apart from English language. Kindly notify specific requirement at the time of planning dates and time for training; well in advance of actual training. This training can not be recorded or distributed without prior written permission from our company.
Is there a refund or cancellation policy in case an association needs to reschedule or cancel a booked training session?
This will be handled on case to case basis subject to the feasibility of cancellation. Our company management decision remains final. Kindly confirm internally at your association/organization before booking the training.
